Haven't blogged in a while due to the exams. Though my exams are not over yet, 1 last paper to go, but I'm already in a super slacker mode. I screwed up a lot of papers. The only one that I have confidence in is probably Japanese. I should be able to get a decent score for that. Anyway, what's over is over. No point crying over spilt milk, so I should be studying now for my last paper, but I'm not! Haha. I even went shopping yesterday with Yayun. Haha. A very fulfilling trip. Here's what happened.

Met Yayun for a shopping trip yesterday at Bugis. Well, it was supposed to be a Jessica, Wan Ping, Yayun and I affair, but Wan Ping n Jess still had exams (like as if i don't. Haha.) so it's just me and her. Anyway, met at Bugis at 1230 and had lunch together. Pasta Mania. I'm really not a pasta lover and so we wasted quite a lot of food. Haha. We wanted to go Bugis Street, but just as we finish eating, it started to pour! So, we just walked around and wait for the rain to stop. But it wasn't long before we headed out to Bugis Street and I started my buying spree. For those who know me well enough. Asking me spend $50 in a shopping trip solely buy clothes is technically impossible, as I'm very stingy in this area. Haha. I still remember that I used to think very long on whether to buy a shirt or not. Haha. Now, I just buy. Bought 5 shirts and 3 underwear and a bracelet! My gosh, imagine me with a bracelet! Haha. Even Yayun admitted that if I didn't buy it with her and wore it to meet her, she would think its very funny. Haha. Not used to me being more feminine. 5 shirts! Haha. I think even Yayun also quite surprised that I just spend like that. Haha. During the spree, we still went to eat tea, and I had cheesecake and a huge glass of iced peach tea. Haha. The repercussions? Student meal at KFC to reduce cost. Haha!

Okok. I think I should be off studying already. Looking forward to Friday when I finish my last paper, and have Sizzler dinner with Shux at Suntec, then probably go to Toon's birthday party on Saturday. Then go to KBox with Ngian, Asih, maybe Izzati on Monday or Tuesday. In simpler terms, I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE EXAMS TO BE OVER!!!!

I don't know how many of you guys have watched this, but I think it's real cool! Look at his fingers! Thanks to me for going for my management lecture! Haha. The lecturer showed us this! Enjoy!

I finally went down to the study room to study! Although I would have to admit, I didn't really do much, but at least I did a bit! If I stayed in the room, I'll probably have slept the day away. So after about 2 and 1/2 hours in the study room, I managed to finish my Japanese tutorial, revised my Kanji, attempted my management tutorial and read through half a chapter of management. It isn't a lot, but it's a good start at least. Exams are around the corner! I need to buck up!

Here comes the sinful part, after the short studying stint in the study room, I went out to have dinner with Ngian and Asih. Too bad the rest couldn't make it. Never mind, there will be other chances. I reached Orchard and started shopping on my own, cause Ngian was highlighting her hair! Haha, so I did my own shopping first then went over to Shinji to find them. The highlighting took longer then expected I guess, considering that I had to travel from NTU to Orchard, and then went shopping on my own and when I reached Shinji, I still had to wait quite a while for her hair to be done.

Dinner was at Ichiban Boshi. I ate their Cheese Katsu Set (cause it comes with salmon sashimi!). The portion is big! At least for me lah and it only costs $13.80, after GST and all it was $15.94. Still quite reasonable for Japanese food I feel. My set consisted of Miso soup, Chawamushi, Rice, Chicken cutlet, salmon sashimi, cold tofu, and oranges. I was bloated by the end of the meal. Geez, fat again. By the time we finished our food, it was already 9+. So late.

I suddenly had this craving to watch movies. For all those who knows me well, they will know that I'm not a movie person. I don't watch movies! But I think I can guess where I got this craving from. Cause my Julian Cheung has a new movie, Operation Undercover, and I didn't know till recently lah! The movie sounded quite nice too, so I felt like watching. I wouldn't mind watching The Grudge 2 too! Of course for Edison Chen. Haha. Come on, I don't like movies, and I dislike horror movies the most! But for Edison Chen, I will. Haha. I also wouldn't mind watching Death Note. Heard quite a lot about it. Curiosity I guess. But as we finished dinner too late, I didn't manage to satisfy my craving, or else I won't have any transport back to hall. Bleahz. At Cine, I was looking at the trailers and with Asih's constant," This is nice!" comments, I finally took notice of this movie called The Covenant. Maybe I'll watch that someday. Haha.

Bought 2 shirts for 10bucks each. Just felt like spending I guess. Haha. And something horrible happened today! My tooth chipped! The tooth that is undergo-ing the root canal treatment. I didn't expect the tooth to be so weak! I was eating ice cream cone when I felt it chip off. Yes! Cone! Gosh, it's not like I ate chicken rice and accidentally bit on the bones or something. Bahz!

I know I promised that this blog would be happier, but hey, there will be periods of lows right? Anyway, I can forsee that this will be the last post that is not so happy in a long while.

To grossy XH, thanks for dedicating half of your blog entry to me! So touched! So here's one to you. Hope things are fine between the two of you. I don't dare to ask you straight in the face, cause it's kind of awkward. Haha. Anything, just come over ok? My broom is waiting for you to kop also. Haha. Really enjoyed the dinner tonight with you and grossy bingz. It's been a long while since the Yao Gui Family and the Gian Peng Family met up. After ML's A-levels, we must go out ok? Very long never see her, I kind of miss her and our stupid antics. :)

To the main topic. Hall = Lonely. Never been more true. I guess it's something within me to want to be noticed so when I don't get the attention that I want, I start to feel inferior and start scrutinising myself. I hate it when I do that to myself. But I can't help it. I'm very quiet and shy in front of people I don't know. All my friends and family know that. Come on, people's first impression of me is always that I'm a very quiet girl. But when they get to know me, they will realise how wrong they were. I don't want to start comparing myself to others cause it'll bring me no where. But thinking about it, it's already what? 3 months since school started? And the number of people I know, as in I talk to, can be counted on 1 hand, excluding Karen. Yes! 1 hand!!! Hai, maybe I should learn to seek comfort in the shadows. Forget the sun, forget the lights, maybe darkness is what suits me more.
